We take on a limited number of projects each year so that the people you meet in the first week are the people doing the work in the twelfth.

Every engagement starts the same way: two weeks on site, no slides, reading the systems and talking to the people who use them. What comes out of that shapes the rest.

The team has come mostly out of operations rather than consulting, which shows in how we write: shorter documents, more numbers, fewer frameworks.
